Stuart Ennor is the Trust Manager & Community Developer for Kairos Food Rescue in Christchurch. It’s exciting to hear the stories Stuart has to share over the changes he’s seeing in the lives of people impacted by receiving free food. The sorting, logistics and coordination between organisations has taken a step forward since the start of the pandemic, leading to a massive 5 ton of food being shifted a day.
