Cam Williams is the powerhouse drummer for Red Weekend, a five-piece band that originated at Papanui High School. Through dedication and countless hours of practice, they’ve carved out their signature sound. What began as classic rock and metal covers has evolved into a repertoire of original hits. After making waves at RockFest, the band started booking gigs across local bars and venues. Earlier this year, they clinched the finals of Dig The Gig and are now set to represent Canterbury Uni at the nationwide finals on Friday, October 18th, at Dux Central, 144 Lichfield Street.
