Italian Panforte with a Kiwiana Twist
The origins of the Pav is rather contentious… as to who invented it will remain a highly fuelled debate between us Kiwis and those flammin’ Aussies. But we’re chalking this up as a Kiwiana Panforte first – just don’t mention this to any Italians ok?
Lightly dust the top with icing sugar and serve with coffee or go one step further and pair with Sensi – Vin Santo from Vino Fino
